Refund Policy for Fitness Tao

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Workout Programs, Meal Plans, Printable Guides, etc.)
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase  
  You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the purchase date and have downloaded or accessed less than 25% of the content (we can see this in our system).
- No refunds after 7 days or after 25%+ of the content has been accessed/downloaded  
  Once significant portions of the material have been viewed or downloaded, the product is considered used and is non-refundable.
- Exception: If the product is defective or not as described, we will always offer a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

2. Online Courses & Memberships
- 14-day money-back guarantee  
  You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, regardless of how much course content you’ve accessed.
- No refunds after 14 days  
  After the 14-day period, all sales are final.

3. 1-on-1 Coaching or Personalized Programs
- 50% refund if canceled before the program starts  
- No refunds once the coaching/program has begun  
  Due to the customized nature and reserved time, coaching services are non-refundable after the first session or delivery of your custom plan.

4. Physical Products (if applicable – apparel, supplements, equipment, etc.)
- 15-day return window  
  Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at info@thrixine.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number or email used for purchase
- Reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)

We process refunds within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
